Product Introduction

The test bench adopts servo motor drive technology, and the vertical loading system uses electric cylinder to apply force, which can do dynamic fatigue test and static performance test of each component. Equipped with professional testing software, it can realize load, deformation test, and can display the whole process of test curve. The system's testing enables precise closed-loop control and electronic fatigue testing. The test bench is powerful and easy to operate.

 

The testing machine is composed of a double-column structure, a control system, a test system, a strong current system and accessories.

 

The loading mechanism of the testing machine adopts servo electric cylinder controlled by servo closed-loop, which has high reliability and high performance. The electric cylinder transforms the rotational motion of the servo motor into a linear motion of the actuator through the mechanical movement of the lead screw and the lead screw pair. With the closed-loop control feature of the servo motor, precise control of thrust, speed, and position can be easily achieved. Modern motion control technology, numerical control technology and bus (network) technology are used to realize program and bus (network) control. Due to its ease of control and use, it will enable precise motion control that is not possible with cylinder and hydraulic cylinder drives. The electric cylinder for loading is mounted on a beam that rotates the lead screw by means of a rotating wheel and thus regulates the test space.

 

The electric cylinder is selected with servo motor and precision ball screw, which has perfect functions, advanced performance and reliable use. The specific structure is as follows:( The working schematic and configuration diagram are as follows).

 

The microcomputer-based measurement and control system consists of a dedicated control board, computer, servo drive unit, software, and control cabinet developed by our company, controlling the entire testing process. It displays various test parameters in real time. The computer data system uses Windows operating software with a Chinese interface, displaying various test parameters and test curves on the screen, facilitating data storage, analysis, and printing.

 

The software has force and displacement protection functions; these should be set before testing. Displacement protection should be set when controlling force; force protection should be set when controlling displacement.

 

It is equipped with a high-current control cabinet, a control cabinet with a servo motor driver, and a high-current unit.
