Product Introduction
Our company develops and produces ASTMD5800 A method in accordance with the requirements of SH/T 0059-1996 "Method for Determination of Lubricating Oil Evaporation Loss (Noak Method)", Sinopec Industry Standard, Sinopec Industry Standard, and Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China. Applicable to lubricating oils and lubricating base oils as specified in SH/T 0059. When the instrument is operated, the sample is placed in the evaporation loss tester, heated for 1h under certain conditions, and the evaporated oil is correctly carried out by air. Evaporation loss of samples is measured based on the difference in mass of the sample before and after heating. The instrument is suitable for both lubricating oils and lubricating base oils.
Working conditions of the instrument
1.the instrument should be placed on a smooth and firm worktable with minimal air convection in the environment.
2. The use of this product may involve flammable materials, and open flames (or spark-generating devices) are not allowed around the operation.
3. When the instrument is not in use, it should be placed in a dry and ventilated place.
4. The power supply is a single-phase three-wire system, which must have a good grounding terminal.
Main Structure
This instrument is composed of two parts: heating bath and suction filtration, which mainly has the following characteristics:
1. Metal bath heating device, safe and environmentally friendly;
2. Imported precision differential pressure gauge to ensure accurate pressure;
3. Add wood alloy to the bath, the heat conduction effect is better;
4. Equipped with a special vacuum suction system;
5. Digital timer, record the test time;
6. The evaporation crucible meets the requirements of ASTM standards;
7. Precision pressure adjustment system, imported needle valve, to ensure accurate flow adjustment.
8. There is a gas buffer bottle inside;
9. High-power solid-state relay control heater;
10. Imported temperature controller, precise control.
