Product Introduction
The shoelace abrasion tester is mainly used to measure the frictional properties of shoelaces with repeatedly worn eyelets, or to measure the frictional properties of standard eyelets with repeatedly worn shoelaces. This machine is suitable for all types of laces and eyelets. The shoelaces are clamped by fiberboard (cardboard) through the eyelets. The eyelets and laces become 90°, the fiberboard and laces become 45°, then pull the large laces down at the standard power, pull the eyelets back and forth until the laces are damaged, and then stop the test.
Working Principle
Take two laces and hook them in the middle. Clamp both ends of the shoelaces on the movable fixture of the shoelace friction testing machine, which can do reciprocating linear motion; Clamp one end of the other lace to the corresponding fixture with a fixed pulley and secure the other end of the lace to the other end of the lace and hang it from the weight. The two laces wear each other in a reciprocating straight motion. Then check the wear resistance, and when the machine runs to a preset time, the machine stops.
