Product Introduction

The friction resistance tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with ASTM D 5264 and TAPPI T 830. The coating and acceptor of the specimen rub against each other at a specified speed and pressure load. It is suitable for dry or wet rubbing or abrasion, wet bleeding, transfer, wet application and functional testing.

It is suitable for abrasion resistance testing of printed materials such as labels, folding cartons, corrugated boxes, inserts, rings, and other packaging materials to apply graphics on flat substrates. It can help users analyze the stiffness of lower wear assistance, ink layer shedding, lower printability of PS plates, and other product coatings.
