Application

Basic application	Film material smooth plane	It is suitable for the heat sealing test of various plastic film, plastic composite film, paper plastic composite film, coextrusion film, aluminizing film, aluminum foil, aluminum foil composite film and other film-like materials. The heat sealing surface is a smooth plane, and the heat sealing width can be designed according to the user's requirements

Test Principle

ZY-H3 Heat Seal Tester is composed of upper and lower heat sealing jaws. Before the test, preset the heat seal temperature, pressure and dwell time value, place the specimen in between the upper and lower jaws, and then press start button. The whole sealing process can be finished automatically.
