Product Introduction

The zero drop tester is mainly used to investigate the impact of drop impact on packaging during actual transportation and loading and unloading, and to evaluate the impact strength and rationality of packaging design during handling.

The zero drop tester is mainly used for large package drop tests. The machine is equipped with an "E" shaped fork that can be quickly moved down as a test holder and according to the test requirements (surface, edge, angle test). During the test, the support arm moves down at high speed and the test product falls onto the base plate rubber with an "E" fork. Under the action of high-efficiency shock absorbers, embedded in the base plate, theoretically, the zero drop tester can perform drop tests from the zero height range. The drop height is set by the LCD controller, and the drop test is carried out automatically according to the set height.

Control principle: The computer is introduced into the electrical rational design to complete the design of free fall, edges, corners and surfaces.
