Product Introduction

Tensile strength tester is a precision testing device used to measure the tensile properties of materials. By applying tensile force and recording the changes in force values, it calculates mechanical parameters such as tensile strength, elongation at break, and elastic modulus of the material. By applying axial tensile force to the material, the force and displacement changes are monitored in real time, generating a stress-strain curve.  This allows for the calculation of key mechanical properties such as yield strength, tensile strength, and fracture strength.

 

Application

It can be widely used for testing of polymer materials (such as plastics, rubber, fibers, and specialty yarns), composite materials (such as carbon fiber, glass fiber, and sheet materials), and metal materials (such as metal wires and thin sheets).

 

Features

Main Structure: A rigid metal structure (as shown in the vertical frame in the diagram) is used to ensure no significant deformation during testing, guaranteeing data accuracy.

Loading System: The sample is fixed by upper and lower clamps, and a motor drives the upper clamp to apply tensile force.  Some equipment allows for adjustable loading speed.

Measurement and Control System: Equipped with high-precision force sensors (such as load cells) and displacement sensors, it collects data in real time and transmits it to the control system (as shown on the right display screen in the diagram), supporting data storage, curve plotting, and report generation.
