Product Introduction
The microcomputer-controlled electronic universal testing machine ZYW-20 is a new generation of microcomputer-controlled electronic universal testing machine specifically designed for universities and research institutes. The computer system, through a fully digital controller and speed regulation system, controls the rotation of the servo motor. After deceleration by the reduction system, the moving crossbeam rises and falls via a precision ball screw pair, completing various mechanical property tests on the specimen, including tensile, creep, hardness, compression, bending, and shear tests. It also features a wide variety of testing fixtures, making it widely applicable in the mechanical property testing of metals, non-metals, composite materials, and products. This machine is widely used in material testing and analysis in industries such as building materials, aerospace, machinery manufacturing, wire and cable, rubber and plastics, textiles, and home appliances. It is an ideal testing equipment for research institutions, universities, industrial and mining enterprises, technical supervision departments, and commodity inspection and arbitration departments.

Configuration Introduction
A. Main Device
1.1 The main unit adopts a high-rigidity portal frame structure, ensuring high strength and minimal deformation.
1.2 It uses imported high-precision ball screws for efficient and smooth transmission.
1.3 The transmission system employs arc-tooth synchronous belt drive, ensuring backlash-free bidirectional transmission.
1.4 It utilizes an AC servo motor and drive system to ensure smooth transmission and stable torque. It features overcurrent, overvoltage, and overload protection devices, with a speed ratio up to 1:100,000.
1.5 The fixtures are specially designed for secure clamping, easy operation, and no jaw slippage.
1.6 Special processes ensure the coaxiality of the testing machine, effectively eliminating the influence of irregular samples on the sensors.
B. Control System
The fully digital closed-loop measurement and control system boasts numerous advanced features and technological innovations, primarily reflected in:
1. It achieves four types of closed-loop control: test force, specimen deformation, beam displacement, and test progress;
2. The data acquisition system consists of four high-precision 24-bit A/D conversion channels. The highest resolution reaches 1/500,000, with no range adjustments throughout;
3. It utilizes original brand-name integrated components from BB, AD, and Xilinx, featuring a fully digital design;
4. It conforms to the PCI bus standard, with automatic microcomputer identification and installation, enabling "plug and play" testing;
5. The electronic measurement system eliminates analog components such as potentiometers, ensuring interchangeability and facilitating maintenance and replacement.
C. PC Software
Conforms to the different national standards GB, ISO,JIS, ASTM, DIN and others. Users can provide multiple standards for testing and data processing, and it has good scalability.
1. The computer control system boasts high integration, stable performance, and convenient adjustment. It can acquire experimental data in real time, dynamically display experimental characteristic curves, and save experimental data files in common Access databases or large SQL Server databases, facilitating resource sharing, network management, and user re-analysis. The software easily accesses user-defined Word 2000 reports, solving the problem of different users or the same user having different needs for experimental reports at different times. The software can process raw data of experimental force, displacement, and time, as well as curves derived from them.
2. Protection functions: The machine features both software and mechanical limit protection methods. The proportion of automatic shutdown when exceeding the maximum load can be dynamically set; it has multiple protection functions such as overcurrent, overvoltage, and overload protection.
3. Automatic labeling of load channels provides intuitive and convenient operation.
4. Batch testing allows for hierarchical display of curves with automatic curve tracking.
5. The software allows for user-defined speed settings and computer-adjusted speed. It also enables high-precision speed calibration, allowing for real-time adjustment of speed levels and codes;
6. Monitoring the test process: Real-time display of various parameters such as test force, displacement, and curves during the test;
7. Hierarchical software access control: To enhance software and data security, the software allows for hierarchical access control through different password protection settings;
8. Result reproduction function: After the test is completed and saved, the test data can be reopened and re-analyzed at any time as needed;
9. Users can select load-time, load-displacement, displacement-time, and other curves for testing, data display, storage, analysis, and printing;
10. Curve point-by-point traversal function: Users can click on the force and deformation values on the curve to obtain various parameters at each point;
11. Result comparison function: Multiple test curves can be observed simultaneously, and the characteristics of the sample to be analyzed can be compared through the superposition of multiple curves and local magnification;
12. Force interface: The force channel interface and test software can be equipped with various sensors according to user needs, and can perform calibration, parameter modification, and normal testing;
13. Data sampling frequency: A high-speed sampling frequency can be selected according to the user's test requirements.
