Product Introduction

Halogen moisture tester is a new type of rapid moisture tester developed by our company. The halogen moisture meter adopts the most advanced weighing system [electromagnetic balance sensor] in the world. It is characterized by accurate and reliable weighing, fast and clear display, automatic detection system, simple automatic calibration device and overload protection device. It is a new type of rapid moisture detection instrument.

Working Principle

The annular halogen lamp ensures uniform sample heating, easy operation, and accurate measurements. When measuring the weight of the sample, the halogen moisture analyzer uses the annular tube halogen heating method to quickly dry the sample. During the drying process, the moisture tester continuously measures and immediately shows the lost moisture content of the sample. After the drying procedure is completed, the final measured moisture content value is locked and displayed. Compared with international oven heating methods, halogen heating can dry samples evenly and quickly at high temperatures, and the sample surface is not easy to damage. The detection results of the halogen heating method are in good agreement with the national standard oven method, and are replaceable, and the detection efficiency is much higher than that of the oven method. Intelligent operation, the general sample can be determined in just a few minutes. The device is simple to operate, accurate test, the display part adopts LCD display -- to make the screen clearer and brighter, the value is clear, it can display the humidity value, the initial value and the final value of the sample, the measurement time, the temperature, the initial value and the final value and other data, and connect with the computer, printer, in line with the GLP standard output and print the data.
