Water Spray Cabinet

Product Introduction

Since the paint sprayed by the airbrush cannot completely cover the job, a large amount of toxic coating mist will be produced when spraying the work. To keep the air free and protect workers' health, we produced a benchtop water curtain spray cabinet for small-scale spraying in the laboratory.

This spray cabinet applies the latest design scheme, using the principle of negative pressure, the tooth plate and arc plate work to generate a strong air flow and make the water turn into a vortex to flush the coating mist that is not pulled in, the gas will be expelled by the fan and leave the paint residue in the water.

In addition, the whole spry cabinet is made of stainless steel and equipped with a high-pressure hydraulic fan, which has the characteristics of small footprint, easy operation, safety, and easy cleaning, which is a new type of and advantageous environmental protection equipment. This spray cabinet is capable of splashing residual coating mist directly onto the pool or curtain with a treatment efficiency of more than 90%. The odor and residual coating mist generated during the spraying process will be filtered by the water curtain and discharged to the spraying room through a fan, so as to achieve the cleanliness of the spraying environment and the protection of people's health, as well as increase the cleanliness of the work.

Structure Introduction

1. Coating fog collection system: composed of stainless steel water curtain panel, ring water tank, water curtain and instrument panel. Water curtain panel, made of stainless steel with a thickness of 1.5 mm, facing the operator. Water flows on its surface without cracking and impacting, maintaining a 2 mm thick film of water. Most paint mist mixes well with water on the water curtain before flowing into the annular tank where it is filtered by a filter at the inlet of the annual pump.

2. Water supply system: It consists of annual pumps, valves, overflow channels and pipes.

3. Exhaust system: It is composed of baffle plate steam separator, centrifugal exhaust fan, several exhaust pipes and fan seat, which belongs to high-flow and low-thickness exhaust air. The vapor separator, the labyrinth structure fixed behind the water curtain plate, is able to effectively separate and condense the mist in the air before flowing back to the annual tank to prevent fluid loss.
