It is designed for determining the abrasion resistance, pilling properties, and surface changes of woven fabrics, knitted fabrics, napped fabrics, coated fabrics, and nonwoven fabrics.

Product Features

1. Three motion trajectory modes are available:

Mode 1: Lissajous graphic trajectory with an envelope of 24×24mm

Mode 2: Lissajous graphic trajectory with an envelope of 60×60mm

Mode 3: Linear motion trajectory with a stroke of 100mm

2. Two counting methods: forward counting and reverse counting.

3. No-flip guide plate design; samples do not need to be moved.

Test Modes

Mode 1: A circular fabric sample is rubbed against a standard abrasive material under a given pressure, following a Lissajous curve trajectory. After reaching a specified number of revolutions, the pilling level of the sample is evaluated. This principle corresponds to the standard test for fabric pilling. (24*24mm)

Mode 2: A circular fabric sample is rubbed against a standard abrasive material under a certain pressure, following a Lissajous curve trajectory, until the sample breaks. The number of abrasion cycles at which the sample breaks represents the fabric's abrasion resistance. This principle corresponds to the standard test for fabric abrasion resistance. (60*60mm)

Mode 3: A circular fabric sample is rubbed against a standard abrasive material under a certain pressure, following a straight-line trajectory, until the sample breaks. The number of abrasion cycles at which the sample breaks represents the fabric's abrasion resistance. This principle corresponds to the standard test for fabric abrasion resistance. (100mm)
