Product Introduction

The fiber fineness analyzer a new type of human-computer interaction fiber diameter measurement analyzer. The instrument connects the optical microscope to a computer via a high-resolution industrial camera, and professional analysis software is used to complete the fiber diameter and cross-sectional area tests. It can be used to measure the fiber diameter of animal fibers such as wool and rabbit fur, as well as various natural, man-made blends. The measurement range is 2 ~ 200μm, and the accuracy is 0.1μm.

Product Feature

1. The system adopts computer digital image processing technology, which is composed of computer, camera, microscope, printer and testing software. It also provides automatic fiber diameter measurement function and hotline help function;

2. It is used to observe the cross-sectional morphology of various types of animal fibers, chemical fibers, special-shaped fibers, and hollow fibers and measure the cross-sectional area;

3. Detect abnormalities in special-shaped fibers;

4. Through the analysis of the transverse morphology and area measurement of single fibers in blended products, the fiber content of various blended products can be obtained;

5. Professional analysis software, data and reports are output in EXCEL format with standard reports;
