Product Introduction

The circular Trajectory Pilling Tester is used to determine the pilling and fluffing of various fabrics to evaluate product quality and craftsmanship, such as wool, synthetic fibers, blends, base fittings, and woven fabrics. Using an active friction system, the fabric is rubbed against nylon brushes and abrasives or abrasives only under controlled conditions. The test results are completed within minutes. The relative motion of the trajectory specimen gripping and grinding platform is a circle with a relative velocity of 60 +/-1 rpm. The grip provides pressure for samples with adjustable tolerances of +/- 1%. For added control and safety, the machine is equipped with an automatic stop switch.

Product Features

1. The instrument adopts Chinese and English LCD, the interface is simple and easy to understand, easy to operate, and equipped with metal keys;

3. The instrument is operated under stepless speed control, and the customer sets the free speed according to the experiment.

4. Users can set the desired working mode according to requirements, and the instrument has a variety of options: Counting mode: digital counting, time counting; Counting method: counting and subtraction;

5. You can set the starting and ball counting values at the same time. In the test interface, you can switch with the stop button and there is no need to set the values repeatedly.
