Magnetostrictive Level Transmitter Introduction
This magnetostrictive liquid level gauge is an electrical device specially used in explosive gas environments. In order to work safely, reliably, stably and accurately, the following items should be paid attention to during installation and use.
The magnetostrictive liquid level gauge is a new type of explosion-proof liquid level gauge developed based on the Weidmann effect of magnetostrictive materials. It can provide high-speed, reliable, accurate and continuous position signals in explosive gas environments. The liquid level gauge can measure the absolute position of one or more floating balls at the same time, and output in the form of analog or digital, and the analog output is two-wire 4-20mA+Hart; the digital output adopts RS485 (Modbus protocol) serial communication.
Liquid level gauges allow one or more floats to measure simultaneously. The floating ball can be suspended on the liquid-gas interface and liquid-liquid interface in the liquid tank respectively, and move with the interface, so as to realize the real-time detection of the liquid-gas or oil-water interface and the water level in the tank.
The measuring rod part of the magnetostrictive liquid level gauge includes rigid measuring rod, flexible measuring rod and other types of measuring rods, which can meet the requirements of harsh chemical industry environments such as volatile and corrosive. The liquid level gauge has multi-liquid level (interface) synchronous detection capability, and has great advantages in chemical reaction kettles, tanks, oil depots, oil tanks and other occasions with multi-liquid level interfaces.
