Product Introduction
It is a professional product for testing thermal and humidity resistance of various fabrics under normal conditions. It features a heating plate that simulates the structure of human skin, preventing mold growth and facilitating cleaning. Equipped with an automatic water supply system, it ensures stable and leak-proof water supply without any adjustments. A wind speed stabilization system guarantees continuously adjustable and uniform wind speed from 0 to 1.5 m/s, meeting various testing standards. The independent integrated design completely separates the test unit and the environmental test chamber, allowing users to use their own environmental test chamber, facilitating maintenance and calibration and reducing user burden. Automatic sample thickness sensing calculates the optimal PID heating parameters based on the sample thickness, enabling rapid attainment of testing conditions.
Working Principle
Under standard testing conditions, a fixed aluminum or copper plate is heated and kept at a constant temperature, and the heating power is measured. Similarly, the power is measured under the same conditions after covering the copper or aluminum plate with a test fabric. Based on the power difference between the two tests and the size of the test plate, the thermal resistance or moisture resistance (water resistance test) of the test sample can be calibrated.
