The Variable Pressure Block Tester VPT-80 is a benchtop manual compression test instrument, widely used for compression resistance, spring load test, material compression deformation test, pellet pressing, small sample pressure test in laboratories, new material R&D, rubber & plastic, composite materials, pharmacy and new energy industries.

It adopts manual screw loading structure, matched with a high-precision digital force gauge and circular pressure sensor, enabling stable, controllable and real-time pressure reading. Compact structure, easy operation, no air source or hydraulic station required, ideal for small-batch sample testing and laboratory routine quality inspection.

Variable Pressure Block Tester Working Principle

Place the test sample between the upper and lower pressure plates. Rotate the T-shaped handwheel to drive the lead screw downwards to apply compression force on the sample. The ring pressure sensor collects pressure signal and transmits to the digital force gauge, which instantly shows the force value and captures the peak breaking force automatically. Users can record load value, compression deformation and failure status for further analysis.
