NJY-02H Automatic Torque Tester is a dedicated device for measuring the capping and opening torque of bottled, spout, and tube packages.
The torque value for cap tightening and opening is one of the key process parameters controlled offline or online by manufacturers. Proper torque ensures safe transportation and reliable use by end consumers.

3. Working Principle
Fix the bottle body in the lower clamping device, clamp the cap with the upper clamping device, rotate the cap at the set speed, and read the real-time torque value through the torque sensor connected to the clamping device to obtain the opening or capping force.
