Product Features

1. The ceramic anilox roller rotates first for even ink distribution, then the printing substrate roller and plate roller synchronously rotate one full cycle to finish proofing. Synchronized operation of ceramic roller, substrate roller and plate roller ensures stable and consistent proofing quality.

2. Four independent components including doctor blade, ceramic anilox roller, plate roller and substrate roller support separate left/right pressure adjustment, featuring highly flexible parameter setting.

3. Easy disassembly and assembly for anilox roller and doctor blade for quick replacement and maintenance.

4. Large-diameter roller design enables convenient loading of printing substrates, plate mounting and plate cleaning operations.
