Product Introduction
The high-frequency induction heating unit in the frame structure has three layers. (Upper, middle, and lower layers) The upper layer has high-frequency induction circuits, overcurrent and outdated protection circuits, and solenoid valve control circuits; In the middle layer there is a power supply, a gas disconnect switch for filtration and drying of the components of the analytical gas; In the lower layer there are high-voltage transformers, dust collectors and compression valves, etc. From the front, the upper left part includes a plate current indicator ammeter, a grid current indicator ammeter, a support oxygen pressure gauge and adjustment knob, a top oxygen flow regulator and an analytical gas flow regulator. The lower part includes the furnace up and down switches, overcurrent and outdated reset buttons, auto-clean buttons, power switch and dryer. The right part is the combustion area of the furnace, the upper part of which is installed with a filtration and cleaning system for the gases released after combustion, while the lower bearing cylinder, which is used to transfer the test sample to the combustion area during sample analysis and is burned.
The infrared test cell has two layers. On the upper layer there is a modular power supply and control PCB. On the lower level, there is the gas analysis chamber, which consists of a carbon analysis tank, a sulfur analysis tank and a current stabilizer.
