This machine is suitable for pressing various molded products, such as rubber and plastics, and is also suitable for thin sheet products.

II. Performance Characteristics:

1. The equipment has a four-column integrated structure, with a downward (upward) pressing type. It consists of three parts: the main unit, the oil tank, and the electrical control box. The main unit is equipped with plungers, oil cylinders, fixed plates, movable plates, etc.

2. The oil tank contains an oil pump, pipes, valves, etc. The oil pump is driven by an electric motor. The electrical control box is equipped with push-button switches, a magnetic starter, a timer alarm, a brake temperature controller, and an overload protector.

3. Electric heating is controlled by an automatic temperature controller with three-way temperature control, which can be adjusted arbitrarily within the range of 20-300 degrees Celsius. Once the temperature is reached, the circuit automatically maintains a constant temperature.

4. After the pressed test piece reaches the set vulcanization time, the equipment automatically alarms.
