Working Principle

The annular halogen lamp ensures uniform sample heating, easy operation, and accurate measurements. When measuring the weight of a sample, the moisture tester uses a halogen heating method in a ring tube to dry the sample quickly. During the drying process, the moisture tester continuously measures and immediately displays the moisture content of the lost sample. Once the drying procedure is complete, the final moisture content value is locked and displayed. Compared with international oven heating methods, halogen heating can dry samples evenly and quickly at high temperatures, and the sample surface is not easy to damage. The detection results of the halogen heating method are in good agreement with the national standard oven method, and are replaceable, and the detection efficiency is much higher than that of the oven method. Intelligent operation, the general sample can be determined in just a few minutes. The device is simple to operate, accurate test, the display part adopts LCD display -- to make the screen clearer and brighter, the value is clear, it can display the humidity value, the initial value and the final value of the sample, the measurement time, the temperature, the initial value and the final value and other data, and connect with the computer, printer, in line with the GLP standard output and print the data.

Five Measurement Modes Introduction

Standard Mode: Automatically complete measurements by setting high, medium, and low measurement accuracy.

Automatic mode: Automatically terminates the measurement when the rate of change of water is less than the set rate.

Fast mode: For fast measurements, use 180 °C heating for the first 3 minutes after start-up and then complete the measurement according to the automatic settings.

Timed Mode: Measured by setting a duration.

Manual mode: Operate the measurement process by pressing the start and stop keys.

Three drying procedures

Standard Drying: Heats directly to the set temperature after start-up.

Gentle Drying: Gradually increase to a set temperature after a preset time.

Quick drying: Quickly heat at 180°C for 3 minutes, then continuously heat according to the set drying temperature.
