The furnace uses a polycrystalline mullite fiber furnace lining, which has low thermal conductivity, high strength, and excellent heat preservation and energy-saving effects. The furnace roof is a reinforced composite structure, ensuring it will not collapse even after long-term use. This series of box furnaces is a specialized piece of equipment developed for laboratories in universities and research institutes, as well as industrial and mining enterprises, for the sintering, melting, and analysis of metals, non-metals, and other compound materials.

Chamber Structure

Three-layer full-fiber lining:

- Layer 1: 1430 polycrystalline alumina fiber (400kg/m³ density, shrinkage <1.2% at 24h high temp, MOR>0.75MPa, thermal conductivity <0.08W/m·K).

- Layer 2: 1260 inorganic alumina fiber board (no organic odor, low shrinkage, no contamination).

- Layer 3: Inorganic insulation cotton or air insulation layer.
