How to measure the hardness with ZHIYI-252D hardness tester?

1.Load the Impact Assembly Slide the loading sleeve of the probe downwards to lock the tungsten‑carbide striking body in place.

2.Position the Probe Press the end face of the probe firmly and steadily against the clean, flat surface of the tested metal workpiece and hold the tester motionless.

3.Execute Hardness Measurement Press the release button located on the top of the probe. The device instantly computes and displays the metal‑hardness reading on the OLED panel.
