Product Introduction
This safety shoe footwear impact resistance tester is fitted with a steel firing pin that freely falls on a vertical rail from a predetermined height to provide the required impact energy to the toe of the safety shoe to measure the degree of denting. Also, the toe cap should not pass through the material to form any cracks in the test shaft.
The machine is mainly used to conduct impact tests on the steel head of safety shoes, and then check the degree of subsidence to understand the safety quality of safety shoes.
Function
(Up): Controls the beam and its rise when it grips the impact head
(Down): Controls the beam and its fall when gripping the impact head
On/Off: Switch on the control panel
(Release): Impact Drop (Test methodology below)
Note: Impact velocity in the range of 4.35 ~ 4.5 is normal
(Speed is shown on the speed graph)
