Product Introduction

The adhesion of the tape to a standard steel plate is measured by the failure time of the tape under the conditions of constant load, temperature (23±1) °C and relative humidity (50±5)%. Ambient Viscosity Tester Adhesion to Standard Steel Plate: Tape is applied to standard steel plate at a controlled rolling rate. The steel plate is installed vertically or horizontally and a standard weight is hung at the free end of the tape to determine when the adhesive fails. Note: The vertical method is used for viscosity measurement with a failure time of 4 hours, and the horizontal method is used for viscosity measurement with a failure time greater than 4 hours.


Application

It is suitable for adhesive testing of tapes, protective films, labels, pastes and other products, using a certain amount of sample displacement or the time when the sample is completely separated to characterize the tensile resistance of adhesive samples.
