Sealing tester with Built-in air pump

The LEAK-01V sealing performance tester (with built-in vacuum pump) uses the negative pressure method for testing the sealing performance of packaging bags, bottles, tubes, cans, and boxes in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, daily chemicals, automobiles, electronic components, and stationery. It can also test the sealing performance of specimens after drop and pressure tests. The tests effectively compare and evaluate the sealing process and performance of packaging, providing a scientific basis for determining relevant technical indicators; it can also be used to test the sealing performance of certain packaging after drop and pressure tests.

Test Principle

* By evacuating the vacuum chamber, a pressure difference is created between the inside and outside of the sample immersed in water. The escape of gas from the sample is observed to determine the sealing performance.
