The fully automatic smoothness tester is a specialized instrument for measuring the smoothness of paper. The instrument's mechanical design eliminates the traditional manual pressure application structure using a lever and weight, innovatively employing a cam and spring, utilizing a synchronous motor for automatic rotation to apply standard pressure. This significantly reduces the instrument's size and weight. The instrument features a 5-inch touchscreen display with Chinese and English menus. The interface is user-friendly and easy to operate, requiring only one button press during testing. The instrument also has the function of testing and calculating the difference between two surfaces. It utilizes high-precision sensors and an oil-free vacuum pump, among other advanced components. The instrument has functions for testing, converting, adjusting, displaying, memorizing, and printing all parameters included in the standard. It possesses powerful data processing capabilities, directly providing statistical results for various data points. These data are stored in the main chip and can be viewed via the touchscreen.
