Wire Repeated Bending Test Machine

1.Applications
This testing machine is mainly used for repeated bending test of metal wire rods to test the performance and defects of metal wire rods undergoing plastic deformation during repeated bending.

2.Test theory

A sample of a certain diameter is passed through the guide sleeve and clamped in the jaws of two specified sizes. The height of the guide sleeve is adjusted. Press the button to make the sample bend 90° to the left and right. After the sample breaks, the machine stops automatically. And record the number of bends. This machine is widely used in steel, construction industry, steel, prestressed steel wire, wire rope, wire and cable, copper and copper alloy contact wire, wire and other production and use manufacturers. It is applicable to the repeated bending test of Ф1-Ф10 metal wire.
