Product Introduction

In the process of metallographic sample preparation, grinding and polishing of the sample is an essential process. After grinding and polishing the sample, a bright surface like a mirror is obtained.

ZYGPS-500 semi-automatic metallographic specimen grinding and polishing machine features a high-end touch screen and is equipped with an electric grinding and polishing head. It can grind and polish four samples at once. It has the characteristics of smooth rotation, free hands, low noise, easy operation and high efficiency.

The rotation speed of the grinding and polishing plate is infinitely adjustable between 50-1000 rpm. The grinding and polishing process of samples can be done by replacing metallographic sandpaper and polished fabrics, showing a wider range of applications. The bottom shell adopts integral blister for a novel appearance and comes with a cooling device, which can cool the sample during grinding and polishing to prevent damage to the metallographic structure due to overheating of the sample. It is suitable for metallographic laboratories in factories, colleges and universities, and scientific research institutions, and is an ideal equipment for grinding and polishing metallographic samples.
